WHY IT COUNTERS SKYWRATH MAGE
Drains his mana
Mana Break drains Skywrath Mage's mana so he cannot cast, and his costly spells make him an easy target for Mana Void.
Closes the gap
Blink lets Anti-Mage reach Skywrath Mage quickly and right-click him down, then escape into the fog of war.
Reflects his spells
Counterspell reduces Skywrath Mage's spell damage and can reflect Ancient Seal or Arcane Bolt, and Black King Bar and Manta Style dispel his debuffs.
